Precision Bulldogges agrees to sell _______________from _____________ and _____________ litter to______________________ , for the price of $_______________.
Precision Bulldogges guarantees that puppy will be current on all vaccinations and be wormed prior to being released to its new owners. The puppy will be in good health with no signs of illness or defect.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of any genetic or hereditary defect that causes death or severely lowers the puppy's quality of life for 2 years. To the best of our knowledge the puppy does not show any risk of having any issues at time of sale. If a defect is documented by a Veterinarian and sufficient supporting evidence is presented to the seller we will offer a replacement puppy, or work with buyer to come to a mutually agreeable resolution. We understand that your puppy is part of the family and we will do our best to ensure you can keep your current puppy. In severe cases the best course of action is to have the puppy returned to seller with a replacement puppy being given from next available litter.
Canine Hip Dysplasia is very common in bulldogges. Precision Bulldogges is one of the few bulldogge breeders in the country to hip test all of our dogs and have them evaluated by OFA certified radiologists before breeding. We do not breed dogs with clinical signs of hip dysplasia which greatly reduces the risk of your puppy being affected. That being said, you as the puppy's owner has more control over this issue than we do. HD is often brought on by environmental factors such as poor diet, rapid weight gain, and over exercising as a puppy. It is very important that you research how to prevent HD in your puppy. DO not let the puppy get overweight, do not let the puppy jump up or off of anything, limit hard running when possible. Exercise is good but don't overdo it. The first 12 months is critical in the development of the joints so take care of the pup.
In order for this contract to be honored you must follow the below conditions.
1) In the event your dog is diagnosed with any condition we must be notified within 48 hours and before any treatment is begun. My cell phone number is 612-703-1386 I can be reached anytime.
2) You must take the puppy to be vet checked within 72 hours of pickup or contract is void.
3) Coccida, Giardia or any other easily treated bacterial infections as well as conditions that are not 100% genetic are not covered under this contract but we will not ship a sick puppy ever and we have never had any dog with one of these conditions.
4) If the dog has been bred, is overweight, over exercised or has not been fed high quality diet the contract is void.
5) Hips are not covered until 18 months of age no exceptions, these dogs grow slow and are often misdiagnosed at a young age.
6) You must take your new Olde English Bulldogge to training and obtain certification of at least level 2 OB. We temperament test our dogs so you and I both know what kind of dog you are getting but without continued training and firm understanding of how to communicate and handle your dog unwanted behavior issues can and will arise.
7) Nutrition - I feel proper nutrition is the single most important aspect of dogs overall health and development. When buying a dog from us keep your receipts as we will require sufficient proof that you have fed a high quality diet from the time you get your puppy. You can see my nutrition page to determine if your current food meets the criteria. You must feed a kibble that scores at least a B rating. I recommend Nutro Naturals Large breed puppy until 18 months supplemented with raw.
8) Current vet records will need to be sent as well as contact info for your vet. If you neglect to give the dog proper vet care contract will not be honored.
Precision Bulldogges will at any time take the puppy back if you are unable to care for it, we do not want our dogs to end up in the pound or on the street.
Precision Bulldogges will not be obligated to pay any vet bills, this guarantee is for a replacement pup only at the discretion of Precision Bulldogges no refunds.
The main thing to remember is we understand that the puppy is part of your family and we want the experience to be the best it can be. We will always keep that in mind and have a compassionate approach to any problems that may arise.
