The Buyer Agrees to the Following:
1. To provide a safe environment for new puppy including, a crate for when
your not able to watch your new family member. A fenced in yard is required.
These dogs are able to withstand the elements and could physically do fine as an
outside dog. However these dogs are much more social than most breeds, they
need to be in a "pack". They need exercise and companionship. Therefore we only
sell to homes that can provide these things.
2. Maintain up to date vaccines, de-wormer, and to keep the dog / pup in good
conditions, providing proper food, water and shelter.
3. Nutrition is the most important element of your pets heath. We take great
pride in producing pups that have the genetic background to thrive and live long
and healthy lives, we hate to see that work ruined by a low quality diet. See our
nutrition page for all the info you could ever want, but we require you feed at
the very least a high quality kibble that scores 100 or more. (see nutrition page)
The pennies more it will cost you to feed will save you unneeded heartache and
vet bills.
4. We breed for a very stable and predictable temperament. That does not
mean your dog doesn't need training. All dogs need constant training and you
will need to train your new puppy. We highly recommend reading a Cesar Milan
book as they can be very helpful in understanding how to properly communicate
with your new dog.
5. The Buyer and Seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement
that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog/puppy. Any agreements
made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made
to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective..
By submitting this agreement, you agree to all of the above. In doing so you will
welcome a wonderful new member to your family that is backed by the
following.
1. Precision Bulldogges guarantee's the dog/pup to be in good physical
condition for the first 48 hours after the time of delivery to the buyer. The buyer
agrees to have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours
after delivery time for a complete physical examination. If the Veterinarian finds
the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a viral or bacterial
cold or bacterial infection, the seller will replace the puppy after the first
puppy is returned to the seller. The seller reserves the right to a second
Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. If the puppy is not examined by a
Veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time, all guarantees listed are not
valid. No monies will be refunded. All puppies are treated and vaccinated for
Coccidiosis, Giardia and Kennel Cough, before they leave. However, you need to
be aware that these things can arise and that they are usually not serious and
are easily treated. We will not cover the treatment.
2. To be free from any genetic / hereditary defects that cause death or
serious impairment of the vital functions in the puppy until said puppy is one year of
age. Any problems associated with hips will not be covered at all until the puppy
is at least 12 months old. Hips will then be covered until said puppy is 18 months
old.
3. Puppy will be current on vaccinations and wormings depending on age. No
replacements will be given in case of Parvo.
4. OEB puppies will be registered with the IOEBA.
If your dog is used in any sort of illegal activity (i.e. dog fighting) or in any extreme
sports (i.e. weight pulling), or is mistreated, malnourished, abused or not taken
care of, the guarantee is completely null and void.
It is understood that at the time of this sale the puppy is not considered to be of
show quality or breeding quality. But it is represented as its breed and is suited as
pet quality only.
If an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the
seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the buyer will be entitled to a
replacement puppy of the same sex, of comparable or better quality, when
available from same or upcoming litter.
When a puppy is due to a buyer for any reason the buyer may pick the
breeding/litter that they want a pup out of, however the specific pup to be used as a
replacement pup will be chosen by Precision Bulldogges. No cash refunds given
and we will not pay any vet bills.
This guarantee is not transferable from the original purchaser.
Bottom line for us is this, we got into breeding to produce healthy, capable,
conformationally correct bulldogges. We take great pride in what we do and
love our animals very much. At anytime if you have an issue with your dog we will
do all in our control to help the situation. Many common issues that arise with
bulldogges are environmental, meaning they can be prevented with proper care,
nutrition, and training. We will provide support in these areas so you can do
your best to promote healthy growth of your new puppies body and mind.
